BairesDev is seeking a Young Professional – Finance Analyst to join our global finance team. You will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities while developing your skills alongside seasoned professionals.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or your local currency, plus setup to work from home. You’ll collaborate across teams and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, planning, or corporate finance.
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with financial tools is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
• Support the analysis of financial performance by gathering, organizing, and interpreting key metrics and indicators.
• Help maintain financial records and spreadsheets, ensuring information is up to date and properly documented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial data and contribute to planning processes.
• Assist in monitoring expenses and identifying variances against budget, escalating findings to senior team members.
