Job summary

Pro Integrate LLC is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Finance Research, for a fully remote role focusing on AI-powered financial reasoning. You will define evaluation frameworks for AI agents in finance, conduct original research, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to advance enterprise AI capabilities.

You will design benchmarks and datasets, translate complex financial problems into measurable research questions, and publish findings to contribute to the field.

Qualifications

• PhD in finance-related field preferred; MBA or CFA also considered.
• Deep domain expertise in finance areas such as investment research, risk management, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Proven ability to conduct rigorous research and build evaluation frameworks in finance or related quantitative fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and evolve evaluation frameworks for AI agents in finance, including benchmarks, scoring, and quality rubrics.
• Conduct original research on financial reasoning and workflow automation to improve AI performance.
• Develop datasets, test cases, and benchmark environments reflecting real-world enterprise finance challenges.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to evaluate finance-focused models and agentic systems.
• Analyze model behavior and performance trends to guide research priorities and publish internal findings.
