Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related field (PhD strongly preferred; MBA, CFA, or equivalent expertise also considered).
• Deep domain expertise in finance, including investment research, capital markets, risk management, corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous financial problems into measurable research questions and evaluation criteria.
• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with a track record of solving complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing research reports or technical docs.
• Experience working in cross-functional, research-engineering-product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and evolve evaluation frameworks for AI agents in financial domains.
• Conduct original research on financial reasoning and workflow automation.
• Develop datasets, test cases, and benchmarks for enterprise finance challenges.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to evaluate finance-focused models.
• Analyze model behavior and performance trends to guide research priorities.
• Publish internal research findings and best practices.
