Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Search Consultant - Direct Hire Recruiter/Inside Sales to recruit for direct hire roles across various levels. The role is remote but requires residence in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, client liaison, and driving direct hire fees through end-to-end recruitment processes. Key activities involve developed recruiting plans, candidate screening, reference checks, and maintaining CRM records while meeting production standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of business experience in related field.
• MUST live in the U.S. for this position.

Responsibilities

• Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates for direct hire.
• Lead client intake calls to discuss needs and process.
• Develop recruiting plans to source top talent in market.
• Manage multiple recruiting resources to ensure talent pipeline.
• Build rapport with clients and candidates through follow up.
• Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
• Conduct reference checks as requested by client.
• Invoice, coordinate and monitor direct hire placements and payments.
• Generate client invoices through CRM and billing team.
• Collaborate with leadership to set activity and result expectations.
