Job summary

Ping Health, LLC seeks motivated Independent Life Insurance Agents (1099) to join a fully remote Final Expense telesales division. You’ll work from home, handle inbound leads over the phone, and close policies with carriers through electronic applications.

Compensation is commission-based with day-1 commissions up to 100%, direct pay from carriers, and access to on-demand high-intent leads. You control your schedule and book of business from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License required.
• Self-motivated, disciplined work ethic for home-based success.
• Dedicated quiet home office space free from background noise.
• Reliable high-speed internet, computer/laptop, and headset.
• Prior experience in telesales, remote sales, or insurance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to real-time inbound telesales leads and inquiries about Final Expense life insurance.
• Conduct financial needs analysis over the phone to tailor burial/final expense policies.
• Submit policies using electronic applications (e-apps) and voice-signature processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships virtually to ensure high policy retention.
