Job summary

Ping Health, LLC is seeking independent life insurance agents for its fully remote Final Expense telesales division. Work from a home office with an aggressive commission structure and access to inbound leads. You will close on the phones and manage your own schedule as a 1099 contractor.

Agents receive day-one commissions, direct carrier pay, and can build their own book of business. No guaranteed salary; commissions, lead access, and performance vary by state and carrier.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license and state registration.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to real-time inbound telesales leads and inquiries.
• Conduct financial needs analysis over the phone to recommend burial/final expense policies.
• Submit policies using e-apps and voice signatures.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure policy retention.
• Manage your schedule from a remote home office.
