Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Field STEP Sales Representative to join our Medical Surgical Operating Unit. This remote field-based role covers the Boston, MA territory, requiring up to 75% travel and residence within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years with High School Diploma option or 2+ with Associate's, or 0+ with Bachelor's in relevant field.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States and travel up to 75%.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical procedures and provide product support in operating room environments.
• Develop clinical and technical knowledge across Core Surgical, Gynecology and Hernia product portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and existing customer accounts.
• Assist with sales activities, territory planning, and strategic product conversion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and business priorities.
• Analyze business and territory data to identify trends, opportunities and performance improvements.
• Participate in project reviews and implement process improvement recommendations.
• Engage with sales leadership and healthcare stakeholders to gain exposure to hospital structures and decision-making processes.
