Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Field Services and Training Specialist to support operations and ensure safe assembly of RS products. This remote role involves customer support, training, and consulting.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a Lineman with a valid Journeyman Lineman License and strong understanding of electrical systems. Responsibilities include field consulting, developing training materials, and data collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Lineman within a utility organization.
• Strong understanding of utility power systems, technical drawings, and material/load calculations.
• Experience climbing utility poles/structures and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on safe installation of RS poles.
• Develop and deliver training material in various formats.
• Provide expertise for technical documentation and references.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with fall arrest systems

Education

Valid Journeyman Lineman License/Certification

Electrical Line worker college or apprenticeship program
