Job summary

EmergencyMD is looking for a Field Services and Training Specialist to support operations in Houston, Texas. This remote role involves consulting customers, developing training materials, and providing expertise on RS product installation. Candidates must have a Journeyman Lineman License and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the utility sector. The position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Lineman within a utility organization.
• Experience climbing utility poles and working at heights.
• Ability to collect data and perform field research.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on tools and methods for RS poles.
• Develop and deliver training material.
• Provide subject matter expertise on technical documents.

Skills

Strong understanding of electrical theory

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Valid Journeyman Lineman License/Certification

Completion of an Electrical Line worker college or apprenticeship program

Tools

Microsoft Office Suite

Fall arrest systems and powerline-related equipment
