Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, or field service within power systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with medium voltage and low voltage power distribution equipment.
• Proven ability to lead commissioning projects and troubleshoot complex electrical systems independently.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound technical decisions in field environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee startup, commissioning, and testing of electrical power systems.
• Serve as the final technical authority in the field.
• Support high-risk, high-visibility projects.
• Establish and enforce commissioning and testing standards.
• Review and approve test procedures and commissioning plans.
• Drive quality control efforts to reduce rework.
• Train and mentor Field Service Technicians.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Promote a safety-first culture across all field service activities.
