Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical Critical Infrastructure Service and Maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Customer service skills emphasized in communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventative maintenance and service schedules.
• Perform on-site quality control for installations.
• Execute all preventive maintenance and service needs for clients.
• Be available to address emergency issues while on call.
• Monitor service software for timely execution of services.
• Collaborate for product development and improvement.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting.
