TRULAND Equipment, a leading John Deere dealer in Bluffton, Ohio, is looking for a dedicated Service Technician. Your role will involve performing diagnostics and repairs on John Deere agricultural equipment, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Applicants should have over 3 years of experience in service repairs and possess a high school diploma, while an associate’s degree is preferred. The position includes a competitive benefits package, health insurance, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs, preferably on agricultural equipment.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair John Deere agricultural equipment.
• Mentor Service Technician Apprentices and Students as requested.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work in an orderly fashion.
