Copeland is seeking a Field Service Specialist II to commission, troubleshoot and optimize refrigeration control systems across remote US assignments. This role requires deep knowledge of HVACR, strong customer communication, and willingness to travel extensively.

You will work with E2/E3 systems, Site Supervisors, and project teams, develop controller programs, and ensure safety and compliance. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years field experience in refrigeration, controls, or commissioning.
• Deep understanding of refrigeration cycle operation.
• Familiar with building automation and HVAC control logic.
• CO2 trans-critical or cascade system experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Modbus, BACnet, and other protocols.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel up to 85–90%.
• US work authorization; sponsorship not provided.

Responsabilités

• Commission and verify control systems for refrigeration and HVAC.
• Troubleshoot on-site and remotely for optimal performance.
• Develop and modify controller programs from I/O legends or existing sequences.
• Execute new store commissioning and remodel commissioning projects, with thorough documentation.
• Provide site-level customer support and training for contractors and end users.
• Review and interpret store prints, electrical schematics, and project specs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Support on project execution.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of third-party control systems and network integrations.
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
