Job summary
Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Field Service Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based technical talent across North America.
You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, conduct screening and interviews, negotiate offers, and use ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to improve hiring efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for field service, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical roles.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Recruit for field-based technical positions across North America (field service, engineering, technicians).
- Build proactive talent pipelines via sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Lead offer negotiation and candidate closing activities.
- Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency.
