Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities across the Great Lakes region. You will drive first-time fixes, cultivate strong customer relationships, and support regional commercial initiatives.

The role requires an Associate degree in engineering or life sciences and at least one year of instrumentation troubleshooting experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science, or equivalent military experience.
• 1+ year of experience solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Service Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
• Cultivate customer relationships and support commercial initiatives.
• Drive a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with a first-time fix.
