Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years Field Service experience or Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, biological or life science, or a similar discipline.
• Experience using standard test equipment to troubleshoot and service instrumentation.
• Excellent customer communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly with a first time fix.
• Manage a customer account and identify where we can add value by offering other services.
