Dawn Foods is seeking a Market Sales Representative II to cover the Northern Cincinnati-Dayton, OH territory. This remote, field-traveling role focuses on consultative sales, expanding existing accounts and developing new business while representing Dawn's full portfolio.

You will build relationships with bakery customers, deliver on-site consultations, and promote Dawn's digital tools, online ordering, and payment platforms, with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Sales, Marketing, Culinary Arts or similar.
• At least 5 years outside sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Consultative sales experience in B2B foodservice or distribution models.
• Knowledge of bakery products or related ingredients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with bakery customers.
• Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Deliver on-site consultations and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Promote Dawn's full portfolio, including digital tools and online ordering.
• Prepare estimates, calculate margins, and negotiate pricing and terms.
