Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges and services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage.
• Perform case management, billing updates, and claims processing support with cross-team collaboration.
• Set up appointments, conduct outbound calls, and coordinate with physicians and manufacturer reps.
• Monitor territory performance and report trends and client metrics.
• Research provider information for reimbursement databases and maintain FRM CRM records.
