Responsibilities

• Manage and complete 5-10 projects monthly according to timeline.
• Recruit contractors and oversee contracts for all trades.
• Ensure projects are completed below budget and streamline processes.
• Oversee inspections and deliver equipment to job sites.
• Conduct final property inspections and document work.
