Job summary

UFP Concrete Forming Solutions, a leading supplier of formwork solutions for the concrete industry, seeks a Field Project Manager to drive end-to-end project execution from contract through closeout.

You will coordinate design, fabrication, delivery, and field support, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while meeting customer expectations. Fluency in Spanish and 3+ years in related roles are required; remote-based in Florida with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, construction operations, formwork, or a related discipline.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating across Sales, Design, Estimating, Purchasing, Production, Delivery, and Field Support.
• Develop and manage critical project timelines; obtain customer approval and track progress through completion.
• Lead project kickoff and ongoing communication to confirm scope, dates, constraints, and formwork requirements.
• Review and approve formwork design/detail drawings prior to release; support internal reviews and customer approvals.
• Actively manage project-related inventory and equipment availability; collaborate with Operations and Rental leadership.
• Monitor production progress, labor and cost alignment, and quality; conduct plant visits and WIP reviews.
• Coordinate shipping and jobsite delivery logistics; handle schedule changes and delays.
• Provide jobsite support to ensure crews read drawings and use formwork systems correctly; document and bill scope changes.
• Coordinate returns and closeouts for rental fleets; support final billing.
• Prepare post-project recaps with customer experience and opportunities for improvement.
