Job summary

AgOutcomes Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to support farmers enrolled in low-carbon feedstock programs and biofuels services. You will collect data, verify climate-smart practices, and provide agronomy guidance while maintaining strong relationships with farmers.

The role is remote with requirement to be located in northern Iowa, and involves field visits during peak seasons to ensure data quality and program compliance. Collaboration with a professional team is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in agronomy, environmental sciences, agricultural engineering, biological sciences or related field.
• Strong understanding of Midwest cropping systems and conservation practices.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to achieve project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process data from farmers enrolling in biofuel programs.
• Verify climate-smart practice adoption for contract compliance.
• Provide agronomy and conservation advice to enrolled farmers.
• Perform QA/QC on data from farmers.
• Analyze CI data from third parties and communicate results.
• Maintain farmer relationships and support field visits.
