AgOutcomes Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to collaborate with staff and farmers on low-carbon feedstock programs and biofuels services.

You will verify data, provide agronomic guidance, and maintain relationships with enrolled farmers, including conducting field checks during peak seasons. You will interpret CI data, estimate payments, and support conservation practices while working in a remote role based in northern Iowa.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in agronomy or related fields is required.
• Strong understanding of Midwest cropping systems and conservation practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment while also delivering independent project deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Collect and process agricultural management practice data from enrolled farmers.
• Verify climate-smart practice adoption to determine contract compliance.
• Understand low-carbon feedstock programs (45Z) and related practices.
• Explain CI-based payments and estimate payments for approved practices.
• Provide agronomy and conservation technical assistance to farmers.
• Perform QA/QC on data provided by farmers.
• Analyze CI data received from third parties.
• Demonstrate proactive farmer engagement and strong interpersonal skills.
