NurseRemotely seeks an experienced nurse liaison to coordinate care and share critical medical information among the Injured Worker, the Insured, and the Carrier. This remote, field-based role requires travel within your region and focuses on efficient, cost-effective communication for various claim types and return-to-work planning.

The position emphasizes adherence to CM plans, timely data recording, and coordination with medical providers, carriers, and clients, while maintaining licensure

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active license in at least one state.
• Ability to perform independent assessments within scope.
• Experience in direct case management for injured workers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and communicate medical information among involved parties.
• Attend physician appointments and document treatment plans and RTW details.
• Record data and submit monthly reports; ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Facilitate RTW planning and coordinate referrals to vocational services.
