Job summary

You will recruit, coach, and manage a geographically dispersed team, ensuring ethics compliance, budget oversight, and productive collaboration with executives to advance scientific exchange and evidence generation.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD/DNP/DO with demonstrated ability to effectively lead and coach scientific/medical colleagues at all skill and knowledge levels.
• 3+ years of experience in a field-based medical role with proven competency in customer engagement and education.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines relevant to pharma.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills; teamwork and leadership across geographic areas.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and motivate a team in a dynamic environment and to drive inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a field-based medical affairs team.
• Assess RMSD performance to objectives and competencies via field observations and feedback.
• Manage development plans and coaching for RMSDs.
• Communicate disease-state field execution plans and monitor performance to plan.
• Ensure compliance with ethics guidelines and safety in field operations.
