Fynso is seeking a skilled developer to join a team building enterprise software that directly affects business operations. You will work closely with founders, translating real-world processes into scalable software in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end feature delivery, data modeling, API work, background tasks, and integrating with CRMs, banks, and payments. Remote US or onsite in San Diego, CA, with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript across frontend and backend, proven in production.
• Real depth in React and Postgres. You own the data model, not just the interface.
• AI features people depend on, and the judgment to make a model behave when the output has consequences.
• Comfort in front of a customer. You can sit inside a business, understand how it operates, and translate that into software.
• The ability to take an ambiguous goal to a shipped, working feature without a spec.

Responsibilities

• Sit with real operators, find where the money leaks, and build the thing that stops it.
• Take features end to end: data model, API, background work, interface, and production.
• Build the engine that calls, texts, drafts, and follows up, and the approval controls that keep a business in charge of it.
• Connect the systems businesses already run on: CRMs, books, banks, and payments.
• Run it as a fleet: observability, alerting, and per-location configuration.
• Help set the architecture and the engineering bar as the platform and the team grow.
