WellaCompany is seeking a Field Education Business Manager for Salon & Schools in the US. The role focuses on delivering education, partnering with customers, and supporting sales partners to grow the Salon & School business.

The FEBM will coach independent stylist contractors, coordinate education across territories, and represent education with hairdressing credibility. Strong travel and English proficiency required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of hairdressing experience behind the chair.
• Minimum 3 years of facilitation, teaching, or presentation experience.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours.
• Ability to transport education materials and samples.
• Strong knowledge of Beauty and HD industry and local marketplace.
• Proficient English; bilingual Spanish in specific markets.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates Education Seminars
• Manages education to support territories tied to Sales goals and the brand calendar
• Contracts and maintains roster of Independent Stylist Contractors
• Manages budget for seminars, travel, entertainment and office supplies
• Supports Independent Contractors to meet business needs
• Deploys education seminars and programs; sets team expectations
• Leads seminars online and in person for licensed beauty professionals
• Builds networks with education teams, customers, and sales
