Job summary

Wella Company is seeking a Field Education Business Manager for Salon & Schools to deliver exceptional education, partner with customers, and support sales partners to grow the Salon & Schools business in the US.

You will coach independent stylist contractors, lead online and in-person seminars, manage education budgets, and collaborate with education and sales teams to drive brand initiatives across the Orlando region.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license.
• Minimum 5 years of hairdressing behind the chair.
• Minimum 3 years of facilitation, teaching, or presenting experience.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours.
• Must be able to travel and transport materials.
• Knowledge of Beauty & HD industry and local market.
• Sales coaching to owners/managers.
• Strong industry awareness, especially color.
• Analytical and strategic thinking; proactive.
• Knowledge of Online/Offline Education.
• Aware of current beauty and fashion trends.
• Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Education Seminars for salon and school partners.
• Plan and manage education to support sales goals and brand calendars.
• Contract and manage Independent Stylist Contractors.
• Control budgets for seminars, travel, samples, and supplies.
• Support contractors to meet current and future business needs.
• Deliver education programs online and in person with clear expectations.
• Lead engaging seminars for licensed beauty professionals, covering product knowledge and techniques.
• Build networks with education teams, customers, and sales teams.
• Act as business owner and deliver measurable results.
• Create action plans and follow through to achieve outcomes.
• Stay updated on trends and industry issues; attend training.
