Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution of onsite and field data collection projects across client sites in the United States. You will own project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sourcing/Talent Acquisition for staffing, while maintaining strong client communication and risk management.

This role blends data-driven insights with hands-on delivery in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3+ years of project management experience in onsite/field operations or data collection.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own project execution and delivery milestones for onsite/field data collection projects.
Translate program strategy into actionable, day-to-day project plans.
Own the project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery—against client expectations, timelines, and budget.
Identify and resolve risks related to staffing and logistics; escalate as needed.
Translate evolving client needs into concrete workflows on the ground.
Lead client calls and Weekly Status Reports with data insights and updates.
