Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Adjusting, Home Appraisals, Real Estate or Construction is a plus.
• Must possess strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Must have reliable vehicle and necessary liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Professionally interact with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Drive to and conduct property surveys as per guidelines.
• Identify and document construction materials and characteristics.
• Obtain measurements and generate estimated replacement values.
