Qualifications
Direct experience as a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector.
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials.
Experience estimating replacement costs for high value homes.
Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of high value properties.
Document custom construction features and unique architectural elements.
Identify potential underwriting concerns and hazards.
