Signature Appraisals, Underwriting and Loss Control is seeking experienced High Value Residential Insurance Inspectors in Ashburn, VA. This independent contractor position offers flexibility and the opportunity to manage your schedule while engaging with high-net-worth clients. Key responsibilities include conducting on-site property surveys, documenting key features, and submitting detailed reports. Candidates should have strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in insurance or appraisal. A degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Direct experience as a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials.
• Experience estimating replacement costs for high value homes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of high value properties.
• Document custom construction features and unique architectural elements.
• Identify potential underwriting concerns and hazards.
