Qualifications

• Must have a late model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance.
• Prior inspection experience on residential homes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Professionally interact with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Identify and document construction materials and features of the home.
