Job summary

Bioventus LLC in the United States is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to train healthcare professionals on the TalisMann and StimRouter Peripheral Nerve Stimulators. This remote, field-based role is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with up to 75% travel, including implants, programming, and on-call support.

A health-care related degree and clinical experience are required, with Spanish fluency highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in health care-related field or 4-year degree with health care/clinical experience; advanced degree in health sciences or engineering preferred.
• Surgical/OR support experience in medical device field, training or clinical roles preferred.
• Spanish language fluency highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and train others on product use and clinical applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Solid MS Office skills, including PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Represents TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implants, device programming, and follow-up on cases.
• Demonstrates expertise in implanted medical devices, troubleshooting techniques, and support.
• Receives technical inquiries and researches solutions to questions or problems.
• Provides on-call support as needed for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, follow-up, etc.
• Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, office staff, and personnel on technical matters related to products.
• Maintain open, effective communication with all PNS functions, including Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, as well as with employees.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Travel may be extensive, up to 75%, with two to three overnights a week.
