Job summary

Bioventus LLC seeks a Field Clinical Manager to deliver field-based clinical and technical training for TalisMann and StimRouter PNS devices. The role is remote, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and focuses on training healthcare professionals, programming devices, and supporting surgical procedures.

You will travel up to 75% to educate physicians and hospital staff, coordinate with Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, and provide on-call support for surgeries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field.
• Surgical and/or OR support experience in the medical device field.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implants, device programming, and follow-up on cases.
• Demonstrate expertise in implanted medical devices, troubleshooting techniques, and support.
• Provide on-call support for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on products.
• Maintain open communication with Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development.
• Perform related duties as assigned; travel up to 75% with overnight stays.

Based in Dallas-Fort Worth.What you'll be doingRepresents TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implants, device programming, and follow-up on casesDemonstrates expertise in all aspects of implanted medical devices, troubleshooting techniques, and supportReceives technical inquiries and researches solutions to questions or problems.Provides on-call support as needed for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, follow-up, etc.Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, office staff, and personnel on technical matters related to products.Maintain open, effective communication with all PNS functions, including Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, as well as with employeesPerform other related duties as assigned or requestedTravel may be extensive, up to 75%, with two to three overnights a weekWhat you'll bring to the tableBachelor's degree in a health care-related field or a four-year degree with health care/clinical experience.
