Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Field Clinical Manager to provide remote, field-based clinical and technical training for TalisMann and StimRouter Peripheral Nerve Stimulators. You will train healthcare professionals, program devices, and support surgical procedures with travel up to 75%.

Requirements include a health care/clinical degree and experience in surgical/OR support within the medical device sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field or four-year degree with health care/clinical experience.
• Advanced degree in health sciences or engineering preferred.
• Surgical/OR support experience in medical devices preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to train others on product use.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Represents TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implants, device programming, and follow-up on cases.
• Demonstrates expertise in implanted medical devices, troubleshooting techniques, and support.
• Receives technical inquiries and researches solutions to questions or problems.
• Provides on-call support for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, follow-up, etc.
• Educates and trains physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on technical matters.
• Maintains open communication with PNS functions and other teams.
• Performs other related duties as assigned; travel up to 75% with 2–3 overnights weekly.
