Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in medical devices, including field clinical roles.
• 2+ years leading a field-based team in service delivery or clinical support.
• Implantable, wearable, or programmable medical device experience preferred.
• Experience in surgical/procedural and OR-based environments.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication with physicians and executive stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Hire, coach, and develop a national team of Field Clinical Managers.
• Implement engagement and development plans to reduce turnover.
• Conduct regular field observations and provide case coverage.
• Drive accountability, customer focus, and operational discipline.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on account strategies and onboarding.
• Ensure high-quality clinical support and adherence to protocols and safety standards.
• Build systems to enable efficient clinical coverage and capacity planning.
• Oversee workload balancing and territory alignment.
• Establish clinical competency frameworks and training programs.
• Participate in customer education events and workshops.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
