Job summary

L2 Brands in Hanover, PA seeks a Field Brand Ambassador to grow the business by educating the promotional products industry about Legacy, League, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute through networking and in-person and virtual presentations with top accounts.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this role uses L2's internal database and CRM to service and prospect accounts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude.
• Travel up to 50%, scheduling flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales by identifying and pursuing new prospective customers.
• Manage, maintain, reactivate, and grow the customer base with pre-call and pre-email planning.
• Persuasively communicate with customers using selling, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Introduce promotions and cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
