Job summary
MTE LLC is seeking a Field Application Engineer in the Menomonee Falls, WI area to provide technical expertise on power quality solutions and industrial electrical systems. You will support regional sales by identifying opportunities, delivering customer solutions, and serving as a subject matter expert on MTE products and applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems, power quality solutions, or VFDs preferred.
- Willingness to travel more than 50% within the assigned region, with potential Latin America travel.
- Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develops technical knowledge of power quality solutions, electronic harmonics, and VFD applications.
- Presents technical aspects of company products to sales channels, customers, and partners.
- Provides technical support to customers including product selection, sizing, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Conducts product demonstrations, technical training sessions, and educational presentations for OEMs and end users.
- Coordinates customer site visits with Regional Sales Managers to support opportunities.
- Manages travel and expenses within budget.
