Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with Medical Technology certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a clinical laboratory, transfusion medicine, or equivalent.
• Solid Clinical Chemistry market knowledge for understanding market forces.
• Ability to deliver results in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer retention through training and proactive support.
• Identify and close menu expansion opportunities with AML/SAE.
• Align strategic plans to retain and grow CL/TM accounts.
• Drive efficient product implementation with deep product knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and re-train to resolve customer issues.
