Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from 4-year college or university.
• 3+ years in reimbursement, market access, managed care, clinical support, pharmaceutical sales, or related healthcare environment.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products through networks or other access channels.
• Knowledge of coding, billing, claims, and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare providers and stakeholders to support patient access to prescribed therapies and resources.
• Deliver education on access, reimbursement, coverage, and patient support programs within office workflows.
• Navigate payer policies, reimbursement trends, and coverage-related challenges to aid patient access.
• Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans across diverse healthcare settings.
