Job summary

DMS Vision Inc. is seeking a Remote FHIR/technical SME to lead advanced data exchange initiatives.

You will define FHIR models, profiles, mappings, and conformance rules, and guide design reviews, troubleshooting, and best practice adoption across HL7 standards and RESTful APIs. The role requires hands-on mapping of EMR data to FHIR resources, experience with FHIR R4/R5, HL7 v2, CDA, terminology like SNOMED and LOINC, and knowledge of SMART on FHIR and OAuth security.

Qualifications

• Expert in FHIR R4/R5 and HL7 standards.
• Experience mapping EMR data to FHIR resources and enabling interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Define FHIR models, profiles, mappings, and conformance rules; ensure standards compliance.
