Job summary

EngagedMD, a Patient Journey Management solution for specialty care, seeks a seasoned Marketing leader to own Fertility GTM initiatives. This fully remote role requires US residency and reports to the marketing leader, embedded with the Fertility team.

You will drive messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement across clinical and operational buyers, partnering with cross-functional teams to fuel growth and adoption of EngagedMD solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of well-rounded experience in B2B marketing including sales enablement, campaign management, content development, and event planning.
• Ability to independently manage multiple marketing initiatives and balance competing priorities.
• Creativity, collaboration, organization, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment and innovate.
• Ability to analyze data-driven insights for internal stakeholders.
• Experience with fast-paced tech or SaaS environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop fertility-specific messaging translating EngagedMD value into clinical, financial, and operational benefits.
• Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities; drive multi-channel campaigns to grow awareness and pipeline.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials including decks, battlecards, sell sheets, and ROI calculators.
• Support Fertility partnerships through co-marketing and partner materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Fertility leadership on launch materials and training on positioning.
• Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and ROI metrics.
• Plan Fertility-focused events and webinars, managing budgets and logistics.
• Analyze campaign performance and sales trends to provide insights and recommendations.
