Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. is seeking an Associate Fellows Marketing Manager to support trainee engagement and education programs for vascular fellows and integrated residents.

You will coordinate engagement activities with medical societies and education teams, while ensuring smooth handoffs to field sales post-graduation. You will work with fellows, program directors, speakers, and sales partners to tailor curricula, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities to strengthen physician engagement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Medical device field‑based role and/or marketing.
• Knowledge of trainee pathways for vascular specialties such as vascular surgery, interventional radiology and interventional cardiology.
• Experience developing and executing strategic customer initiatives and growth plans.
• Sales, marketing and/or market development experience.
• Strong team player with collaborative approach and consensus-building.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of trainee engagement strategies and plans for physicians in training.
• Coordinate engagement touchpoints at medical society and Medical Education meetings.
• Assist with transitioning graduating trainees to field-based sales representatives to ensure continuity.
• Execute and coordinate marketing initiatives and programs for vascular fellows and integrated residents.
• Collaborate with medical education, fellows, program directors, speakers, sales force and teams to assess trainee needs and optimize educational resources.
• Conduct analysis to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
