Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. is seeking an Associate Fellows Marketing Manager to support trainee engagement initiatives and coordinate medical education programs for vascular fellows.

You will work with fellows, integrated residents, program directors, and sales teams to assess trainee needs and improve educational resources. You will also help execute marketing initiatives, manage relationships with medical societies, and assist with trainee hand-offs to field-based sales representatives, while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in Medical device field-based role and/or marketing.
• Knowledge of training pathways for Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology and Interventional Cardiology.
• Experience developing and executing strategic customer initiatives and growth plans.
• Sales, marketing and/or market development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of strategies and plans for targeted physicians in training engagement programs.
• Support strategies and execute programs to engage with academic institutions producing fellows.
• Collaborate with medical education team to drive fellows and physician education programming.
• Help maintain trainee database and ensure proper hand-offs at a local level.
• Identify opportunities to develop physicians in training and support downstream engagement initiatives.
