The Bridge is seeking a Fee-for-Service Clinician in New York, NY 10025 to provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy up to 14 hours per week. The role offers compensation as a fee-for-service clinician with paid supervision and attendance at staff meetings.

An active LMSW/LMHC-LP/LCSW/LMHC license is required, plus at least two years working with adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring challenges. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure required: LMSW, LMHC-LP, LCSW, or LMHC.
• Minimum 2 years of direct service with adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring conditions.
• High computer literacy, including EHR proficiency.
• Experience with diverse adult populations and complex psychosocial needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide client sessions totaling up to 14 hours per week (in person or remote) with weekly team meetings and supervision.
• Conduct screenings and assessments for depression, trauma, substance use, and risk factors.
• Develop recovery-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, administrative staff, and residential staff.
• Document all treatment contacts using collaborative documentation practices.
• Apply trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches consistent with The Bridge’s culture.
