Job summary

The Bridge Inc. in New York offers supportive housing and behavioral health services to vulnerable New Yorkers. This Fee-for-Service Clinician role provides psychotherapy for 14 hours per week, in person or remotely, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

Licensure in NY (LMSW/LMHC-LP/LMHC/LCSW) and at least 2 years of direct service experience are required; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. EHR proficiency and evidence-based, recovery-oriented practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensure in NY: LMSW/LMHC-LP/LMHC/LCSW.
• Minimum 2 years of direct service with serious mental illness.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders.
• Proficient in EHR and documentation.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 14 hours of client sessions weekly (in person or remote).
• Develop recovery-oriented treatment plans and reviews.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, and staff.
• Conduct screenings and assessments using validated tools.
• Document treatment contacts using collaborative practices.
