The role emphasizes deep knowledge of federal individual income tax and the ability to develop precise criteria, rubrics, and edge-case scenarios. Prior AI experience is not required but domain expertise is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold CPA license or EA designation or be a US tax attorney with federal individual income tax focus.
• Extensive hands-on experience preparing federal personal income tax matters for individuals.
• Ability to read and interpret Internal Revenue Code, regulations, and related guidance beyond return preparation.

• Read and interpret federal individual income tax law, including IRC, Treasury regs, and IRS guidance at subsections level.
• Develop precise rubrics and checklists grounded in authoritative sources.
• Assign technical severity to requirements (critical, secondary, minor).
• Review AI-generated tax analyses, scoring accuracy and completeness.
• Compose detailed self-contained test scenarios with facts, dates, filing status, and expected results.
• Identify ambiguities or conflicts in law or guidance and provide structured feedback.
