ITCON Services is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security / Corporate Security Officer (CSO) to provide security leadership across multiple federal and corporate information systems in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The CSO translates rigid federal security frameworks into practical remote-work policies for a 100% remote contact center.

The role partners with engineering, development, and leadership, overseeing compliance with NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and privacy protections,

Formación

• At least five years in security management including physical, personnel, and information systems security.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Strong knowledge of federal privacy laws and IT security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead federal compliance and liaison with OSI for security matters.
• Oversee incident response, reporting, and breach containment for remote workforce.
• Ensure system compliance with NIST SP 800-53 and RMF.
• Design and enforce practical remote-work security policies and training.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding security and personnel clearance.
