Job summary

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead a complex cybersecurity and enterprise security engineering program for a large Federal Government client. You will oversee contract performance, personnel, schedules, risks, and technical activities while interfacing with Government stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of Information Security Experience, with at least 5 years in Cybersecurity and Cloud Security in a large Government agency.
• Experience managing complex cybersecurity, cloud, or IT programs in Federal Government environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of personnel, schedule, resources, risks, deliverables, and technical execution.
• Coordinate activities among PingWind, Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Translate customer requirements and priorities into actionable work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee IT and cloud security architecture, engineering, development, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and performance reporting.
• Monitor deliverables for schedule, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify, manage, and execute program risks, issues, and dependencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields.
