Thunder seeks a MuleSoft Solution Architect to join our Federal team. This role blends solution architecture, integration leadership, and delivery ownership, acting as the project lead to align business outcomes and deliver a production-ready use case within an agreed timeframe.

The ideal candidate has deep API-led connectivity, enterprise integration architecture, and platform design experience, plus the ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in integration architecture and platform design.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and microservices.
• End-to-end delivery leadership with client-facing engagements.
• Ability to balance architecture excellence with fast-paced delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for agent-enabled workflows using MuleSoft, applications, data and AI platforms.
• Design API-led architectures (System, Process, Experience APIs) aligned to business use cases.
• Lead delivery with stakeholders to ensure production-ready integrations within timelines.
• Ensure hands-on architecture with production-ready workflows and real system integrations.
• Drive governance, DevOps readiness, and expansion roadmap.
