Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking a motivated Military Planner to join our Federal Planning team. You will collect, analyze, and manage planning data for federal and military projects, supporting design and installation planning for DoD facilities.

You will help develop constraints mapping, collaborate with project teams, and assist in documenting requirements for federal agencies, with emphasis on accuracy, schedule, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field (accredited institution).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in planning or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with federal contracting processes, task order management, and project delivery.
• Understanding of planning requirements for federal facilities, including DoD and non-DoD agencies.
• Knowledge of facilities design criteria for federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and manage planning data for federal and military projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Contribute to the development of constraints mapping and related documentation for design projects.
• Collaborate with project teams in preparing planning deliverables for federal and military installations.
• Assist with coordination of planning requirements for DoD and non-DoD federal agencies.
• Engage with clients and support project management tasks as required.
